The school that I am in for my field placement does not have a lot of diversity culture wise since it is dominantly white. While there is not much cultural diversity there is still learning diversity within the school. There are many different learning levels within the school and the classrooms that teachers must overcome. There is one child who is learning at a grade 3 level while he is in grade 8. The teachers at the school have to overcome these educational challenges in many different ways. Inclusiveness of the children with learning disabilities is tough since they do not learn at the same rate as the other kids. Making adaptive lessons or adaptive grading for these children are ways that the teachers in the school include these children.
